We design, specify, price, schedule and project manage every job ourselves. Contracts vary from cost plus to fixed price. We use trade specific craftsmen (ie. no painters doing electrical or carpenters doing plumbing etc.). We bring jobs in on time and on budget. We take a personal interest in every project from dust control to final cleanup.
